江苏省新型农业技术信息服务体系研究 摘要 十八大以后，我国步入了社会主义新农村建设时期，新型农业科技信息推广是社会主义新农村建设的强大支撑，对农业经济发展产生深远的影响。江苏省作为我国农业经济发展的大省，逐步推广新型农业技术信息服务是发展当地农业经济的根本措施，发展农业经济能够有效得提升农民的生活水平。但是从产业结构和江苏省农业信息推广体系的构成出发，农业经济和推广形式也存在很多深层次的弊端，怎样能够发挥新型农业信息服务体系是江苏省农业经济发展的重要问题，同样也是本文研究的重点。 文章从江苏省农业信息服务体系的现状出发，探索新型农业信息推广的创新发展。文章主要分为六部分，第一部分和第二部分是文章的基础内容，主要研究新型农业信息服务体系概念的界定和国内国外的研究现状，意在为后文做好铺垫。文章的第三部分到第五部分是文章的核心，从，江苏省农业科技信息服务体系的现状出发，探讨目前江苏省农业信息服务体系存下的问题，以SWOT环境分析作为内容核心，来确定江苏省新型农业服务体系构建的最优化原则，在第六部分是对前几部分内容的总结，希望对提升江苏省新型农业信息服务体系的构建提供一些参考意见。 关键词：新型农业信息服务体系；优化策略；SWOT；优化组合  NEW AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM IN JIANGSU PROVINCE ABSTRACT after eighteen big, our country entered into a new socialist countryside construction period, the new type of popularizing agricultural science and technology information is a powerful support to build a new socialist countryside, a profound effect on the agricultural economy development. Jiangsu province as a big province in agriculture economic development in our country, gradually to promote new agricultural technology information service is the essence of the development of local agricultural economic measures, developing agricultural economy can effectively improve the standard of peasants lives.
