Unit2 lesson Three Bell and His Telephone 一、学习目标:   帮助学生对本课所学知识进行巩固; 帮助学生学会交流;  (一)基础目标: 1. 词汇练习及重要短语的正确使用 2. 语法练习:for引导的原因状语从句的使用。   (二)发展目标: 1.结合课文内容复习以前所学知识,   2.能正确使用原因状语从句和一些常用句型。 3.能用学过知识能完成书面表达.   (三)能力目标:   会描述一个人,能谈论关于交际与发明的话题; 二、教学资源: Students’ book 58 三、教学时间:4课时(每课时35~40分钟) Pre-task Preparation Contents: ①Warming –up   ②Revision Task procedure (1).Look at the screen and complete the sentences. Let the students do it by themselves on their books,and ask one to show his answers to the class. The answers are: 1.electrical 电力的 2.keen desire 强烈的愿望 3.settle 定居 4.citizen 居民 (2). Read the text, then fill in the blanks. Let students do it by themselves and the teacher moves around the classroom,give them the necessary help. Check the answers: Britain Moved to Canada 1871, Settled in Sent the world’s first telephone message 1877, established American citizen Died Talk about Bell’s story, and rewrite it by students themselves.
