Cross-cultural communcation between daughter-in-law and mother-in-law 张 历 1009120575 Before my speech,why I choose the green as the baskground colour,I think ,green represents the harmnious,this is exactly what we need in our lives. It’s a good time at such occasion to talk about my understanding of the communcation between daughter-in-law and mother-in-law.   I think it’s just nowsaday the part of interpersonal interaction.The reason why I want to talk about it mainly is more and more phenomena show that communcation between them is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.  As a society of a special group-man,I think ,when dealing with these peoblems,something must be kept in your mind and attitude,and these problems should be seen as a kind of similarity to cross-cultural communcation. First of all,I think the contradiction between them is can and must besolved. The factor that defines the obstacles between them I think personally mainly comes from the following aspets:   (1) Their different world outlooks and values.But why exist these differences?They are living at different ages.For daughter-in-law generation,they are born in the reform and opening up world,but mother-in-law are born in the 50s or 60s.So the influence of different education and surrounding environment cause them have different world outlooks and values. For daughter-in-law,I can defintely feel that we can’t do like the last generation(mother-in-law)who are diligent and can bear hardships and stand hardwork.I still deeply realize the concept of their faith which are originated from life.Compared with daughter-in-law,we are more relying on the last generation.We can not acquired our own crisis consciousness,bear hardships and stand hard work. In my opinion,our actions even couldn’t keep up with the faith of life.That is why mother-in-law sometimes would consider us can not do some hard work and aren’t dil
