It has an eight-layer main structure , the structure form is reinforced concrete structure, the height: the first layer of 3.9 meters, other layer’s height of 3.3 meters; Elevation difference of inside and outside of 450 mm, parapet height of 1500 mm, building height of 27.45 m, building fire resistance rating for level 2; Apartment block’s floorage of 6439.5 square meters which have independent toilet, the balcony, the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, the structure design’s survive year for 50 years. The apartment is fully taken into account in the design of Beijings geographic features, designed the building plans, consider seismic design code requirements, meet the structural stability, seismic conditions, and usability requirements. Structural design fully checking axial compression ratio, shear span ratio, cycle ratio and displacement ratio meets the specification requirements in the design when using PKPM (2010) as well as explorers and other software, make structural calculations more accurate, so that construction plans drawn plus more convenient less error-prone.
