电子商务下的物流信息服务研究 摘　要 物流与信息技术的组合，是现代物流发展的必然趋势。在电子商务这个新型的经济发展模式下，物流信息服务更是成为当今企业间竞争优势的一大法宝。 本文对物流信息服务的概念及范围进行界定，包括物流信息服务的内涵以及外延，认为是满足物流生产活动以及整个供应链上对信息的需求而提供的相关服务，其服务对象既包括制造和商贸流通企业，也包括为这些制造和商贸流通企业提供物流服务的物流企业。同时，对物流信息服务的产生进行了分析，物流信息服务是物流产业发展的必然产物，也是信息服务产业发展的一个重要分支领域。研究电子商务下的物流信息服务，必然要理解电子商务对物流信息服务的影响，对物流信息服务在电子商务下的发展现状及存在问题做了简单研究。然后对物流信息服务的发展趋势作了分析，认为物流信息服务最终会朝全球化及综合化趋势发展。最后，给出了物流信息服务的创新模式及建议。研究电子商务环境下的物流信息服务业务，对指导信息服务机构如何在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，具有十分重要的意义。 关 键 词：电子商务，物流，信息化，物流信息服务，信息服务创新 TTE RESEARCH OF LOGISTIC INFORMATION SERVICE UNDER E-COMMERCE ABSTRACT The combination of Logistics and information technology is an inevitable trend in the development of modern logistics.
