电子商务信用体系建设研究 摘 要 随着互联网的迅速发展,电子商务已深入到我们生活的方方面面，越来越多的个人和企业参与到电子商务活动中去,但随着电子商务的不断发展,电子商务交易的信用危机也悄然袭来,已成为电子商务发展的一个主要瓶颈,制约了我国电子商务乃至全球电子商务快速、健康的发展。本文就电子商务信用方面的相关问题进行了探讨,并提出了建设我国电子商务体系的若干具体措施。21世纪是一个数字化、网络化和知识经济的社会，随着互联网的迅速发展，电子商务的不断发展，关于电子商务的负面新闻不断，通过网上开店进行欺诈的情况愈演愈烈，电子商务的信用已成为电子商务发展的一个主要瓶颈。解决电子商务信用发展中存在的问题，构建我国电子商务中信用体系是当前首要任务。我国商务正在进入一个快速发展的时代，但信用成为制约中国电子商务发展的瓶颈。本文主要讨论了我国电子商务发展中存在的信用瓶颈，分析了形成我国电子商务信用瓶颈的原因，阐述了我国电子商务的信用模式，并根据具体情况探讨了我国电子商务信用体系的建设。 关键词：电子商务 信用体系 建设 Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce has already gone deep into every aspect of our lives, more and more individuals and enterprises to participate in electronic business activities, but with the development of electronic commerce, electronic business transactions of the credit crisis is quietly on the development of e-commerce has become a major bottleneck, restricted the our country electronic commerce and the global electronic commerce rapid and healthy development.
