我国民营企业海外上市模式探析 摘要:在经济全球化和国际金融资本一体化的大背景下，国际资本流向中国、中国的企业走向海外，纷纷到海外融资己是大势所趋。目前，全球证券市场已开始加紧到中国物色上市资源，作为中国经济重要组成部分的民营经济怎样抓住机遇，利用国际资本的“血液”谋求自身更好的发展，己成为民营企业向国际化经营发展的战略选择。而选择何种模式进行海外上市，更是民营企业海外上市亟待研究解决的问题。 本文从我国民营企业海外上市现状入手，对海外上市的动因，主要模式，上市地点及上市时机等进行了系统的论述，希望为我国欲海外上市的民营企业提供一点儿思路。愿我国民企结合自身特点走出一条海外上市的成功路! 关健词： 海外上市；IPO上市；造壳上市　 The private enterprises listed overseas model of china Abstract:Economic globalization and international financial capital against the background of the integration of international capital flows to China, to overseas Chinese enterprises, overseas financing has to have is the general trend.
