河南省粮食生产全要素生产率变化及趋势分析 　　[摘 要] 为深入分析实施粮食丰产科技工程以来河南粮食生产效率变化，采用数据包络分析（DEA）结合Malmquist指数分析法，测算了河南省粮食生产全要素生产率变化。实证结果显示，对河南省粮食生产全要素生产率贡献较大的是粮食生产技术进步变化，而制约粮食生产全要素生产率提升的因素是河南省综合技术效率不高，纯技术效率未得到提升，河南省粮食生产中加大技术推动应用和优化种植规模仍具有较大潜力。因此，加快河南省粮食生产科技创新，提升粮食生产技术效率是提高河南省粮食生产效率，实现粮食生产可持续发展的关键途径。 　　[关键词] 粮食生产;全要素生产率;技术进步;技术效率 　　[中图分类号] F224、F326.11 [文献标识码] A 文章编号：1671-0037（2015）09-12-5 　　Analysis on the Changes and Trend of Henan Grain Production TFP 　　Xiao Yiyao 　　（Institute of STS， Henan Normal University， Xinxiang Henan 453007） 　　Abstract：In order to deeply analyze the change of grain production efficiency since the implementation of Science and Technology Project of Food Production in Henan Province， the paper measured Henan grain productionTFP changes through DEA-Malmquist index analysis.The empirical results show that the greater contribution to grain production TFP is the technological advances in Henan Province， while the factor that restricts the improvement of grain production TFP is that the comprehensive technology efficiency is not high and the pure technical efficiency has not been improved. There still has great potential to accelerate technological promotion and optimizing planting scale in the Henan Province grain production. Therefore， accelerating technological innovation grain production in Henan Province and enhancing the technical efficiency of grain production are the key ways to improve the efficiency of grain production and to achieve sustainable development of grain production in Henan Province. 　　Keywords：grain production; TFP; technological progress; technical efficiency 　　2004年以来，河南省粮食总产量连续12年增产，已连续9年超千亿斤，保持全国首位，用占全国1/16的耕地，生产出全国1/4的小麦、1/10的粮食，2014年河南省粮食总产量达60 709.9万吨。河南省在国家粮食安全战略中具有举足轻重的地位，不仅有效解决了近一亿人口的吃饭问题，而且每年为全国贡献出150亿公斤原粮和粮食加工制品，为全国粮食生产实现可持续发展做出了卓越贡献。而从长远来看，河南省粮食生产和全国一样面临着粮食生产增加和比较效益下降的现实困境。在城镇化和工业化进程中存在着耕地、水资源日益短缺、农业生态环境问题突出和旱涝等自然灾害频发的严峻挑战，新时期推动粮食丰产的重要途径只能选择增强粮食综合生产能力和提高粮食生产效率[1]。党的十八大报告指出，要增强我国农业综合生产能力，必须坚持以我为主，更加注重农业技术创新和粮食生产的数量、质量效益并重;加
