Housing consumption is a major event related to the peoples livelihood. However, with the development of market, nearly half of consumers now are accustomed and willing to mortgage credit consumption in the housing consumption, as opposed to traditional conservative amount of income out of the concept of consumption. So the housing slaves becomes a recent buzzword in society. And the housing slaves will inhibit the production and consumption of healthy real estate. Irrational housing consumption behavior makes the real estate market can not achieve healthy and sustainable development, further affect the rapid development of the entire national economy. Therefore, research on the housing consumption of non-rational behavior has a great significance to the healthy development of real estate market and national economic development. This paper set out to study the housing consumption of rational consumer behavior, and analyze the reasons of irrational consumption of housing. The paper also builds the practical application of model for empirical analysis of the real estate market. Giving some policy recommendations to guide the rational consumption and ultimately achieving housing consumptions healthy and sustained development.
