关于高血压患者生活方式的研究 总计：毕业论文 14 页 表 格 0表 插 图 0幅  摘 要 我国目前有1.6亿高血压患者，高血压已成为中国人民健康的“第一杀手”。高血压是心血管疾病的主要危险因素，而心血管疾病常是由于不良生活方式引起或触发的。近年来我国高血压患者明显增多，充分提示生活方式是影响高血压的重要因素，改善生活方式为高血压的预防提供了希望，尤其正在进行药物治疗的患者有明显作用，还可减少过早促发心血管疾病的危险因素。本文主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法阐述了良好的生活方式对于改善高血压患者的身体状况有积极的作用，从生活细节，日常起居，饮食和运动等方面为高血压患者介绍了健康的生活方式，其中运动疗法是至关重要的，对于高血压患者而言，运动要遵循一定的原则，应根据自身的情况和锻炼水平，选择适宜的内容、强度和方法。本文为高血压患者建立健康的生活方式提供了参考，而高血压患者应在药物治疗的前提下，促进其健康的生活方式，并坚持适当的运动疗法，方可起到稳定血压的良好作用。 关键词：高血压；心血管；生活方式；运动疗法  ABSTRACT China currently has 160 million patients with hypertension, and high blood pressure has become the peoples the first killer of healthy. Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease is often caused or triggered due to unhealthy lifestyles. Hypertensive patients in our country increased considerably in recent years , fully prompted lifestyle an importantfactor affecting blood pressure, improving the way of life offers hope for the prevention of hypertension, especially in patients with ongoing drug therapy playsa significant role, but also reduce the risk factors which premature promotion cardiovascular disease. This article mainly adopt the logic of information and analysis on a good way of life for the improvement of high blood pressure of thepatients health has an active role in their daily life, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,from the details of life,daily living, diet and exercise in patients with hypertension presented to a healthy life ways in which physical therapy is crucial, for hypertensive patients, should be follow certain principles of exercise and based on the circumstances and training standards to select the appropriate content, intensity and methods. This is ahealthy way of life provides a reference for patients with hypertension, while hypertension patients should be subject to the drug treatment, to promote their healthy lifestyle, and insisted appropriate exercise therapy, will be good for blood
