优化师资队伍 提高教学效益 李伏霞 （2007年10月发表于《上海教学研究》第三期） 提高课堂教学效益是促进学生全面发展的重要手段 提高课堂教学效益就是在新课程改革的新理念指导下追求师生以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入去获得最大的教学效果，从而实现特定的教学目标，满足社会和个人的教育价值需求，实现促进学生全面、和谐发展的教育目标。 然而，综观初职校的教学现状我们发现，由于初职校学生的特殊性，课堂教学往往存在“低效”或“无效”的现象。从教师的教学行为来看具体表现为：目标不明确；内容不集中；活动形式化；反馈不及时。从学生的学习表现来看，学生缺乏学习的兴趣和动力，不能主动参与教学活动，学习活动的收效不明显等等。而造成课堂教学 “低效”或“无效”的原因，排除学生智力障碍、厌学等因素外，我们认为主要责任在于教师仍然摆脱不了“师道尊严”的影响，使学生处于被动教师存在日益严重的“教学倦怠”，缺少寻求新方法、新思路的欲望课堂教学中的评价不科学每一位教师都有能力对自己的教学行为加以省思、研究与改进，提出最贴切的改进意见。与外来研究者相比，教师有最佳的研究条件。 Opinions and suggestions on the partys mass line educational practiceAccording to the central and provincial, municipal unified deployment, according to municipal Party committee about carrying out the partys mass line educational practice activity in the citys implementation opinions, the spirit of the partys mass line educational practice activities from 20** in January to 99 months, carried out at all levels of departments and directly affiliated institutions and grass-roots party organizations.
