摘 要 论文首先对工作研究的理论做了基本介绍，从理论上分析了在生产企业中运用方法研究的关键要点，论文随后介绍了方法研究中的程序分析、动作分析等技术的特点，以及生产线平衡等，并给出了运用方法和实施准则，还对如何在企业中运用方法研究的有关技术来发现企业生产中的不良操作和方法，并进行改善和优化，接着将改进后的综合效果与旧的工作方法进行比较，得出运用方法研究获取的实际效果。 文章结合具体的实例，运用工作研究的理论和方法改善了液晶显示器底座装配线，提高了产线产量，降低了次品率，减少了员工人数，获得了经济效益的提升。本论文通过对液晶显示器底座装配线的流程进行分析，对其产能进行测定，对其各工位的负荷进行评估，找出影响产量的瓶颈，应用工作研究的改善手法对瓶颈工位进行操作手法的改善，对产线的在制品积压问题进行解决，对存在的时间浪费因素给予消除。改善后利用生产效率的指标对改善效果进行评估，提升了生产效率，验证了改善手法的可行。 关键词：工作研究 程序分析 动作分析 生产线平衡 瓶颈工序  ABSTRACT In this paper, first of all, the theoretical study of the work of a basic introduction, from a theoretical analysis of the use of enterprise in the production method of key points, then introduced the paper method of program analysis, motion analysis and other technical characteristics, as well as the production line balance and so on, and gives guidelines for the use of methods and implementation, but also in the enterprise on how to use research methods to discover the technical production of non-performing operations and working methods and the improvement and optimization, then the combined effect of the improved and the old the working methods of comparison, the method of using the actual results obtained.???
