Section 1
You will hear five conversations and questions. For each question there are three pictures marked A, B and C. Listen carefully and choose the best picture for each question.
You will hear each conversation and question TWICE. You will have 5 seconds to choose a picture for each question.
Conversation 1
W: Where did you go on your vacation?
M: I went to New York with my family.
Q: Which place did the man go on vacation?
Conversation 2
M: Please turn on the TV.
W: I think Bill has turned it on. He has finished his homework.
Q: What is Bill probably doing now?
Conversation 3
M: Mom, what are we going to have for supper?
W: Well, we have had noodles for lunch. Since you don’t like rice, how about some soup?
