摘 要 快递行业在中国经历了三十多年的发展，为了在竞争中求生存求发展，占领市场份额，快递企业往往忽略了自身服务质量的提高，而一味重视业务量的增长。现在的全民网购，将快递业推在了风口浪尖上，表面上快递业的营运如火如荼的进行着，背后却隐藏着很多经营和操作方面的问题，快递企业普遍存在的暴力分拣、爆仓等等现象，如不解决这些问题，时间长了将会威胁到企业的生存，制约企业的进一步发展。 为此，本文针对快递企业的经营管理实践，以实证的方式围绕快递代理点、中转中心和分拨中心分拣运作等内容，剖析快递企业整体分拣系统存在的核心问题，并提出可行的优化方案，从而提高企业经营效率和提升服务质量。 关键词: 快递；爆仓 ；分拣系统 ；分拨中心；中转中心；快递代理点 Abstract Express industry has gone through thirty years of development in China, in order to survive in the competition for survival and development, market share, express delivery companies tend to overlook its service quality improvement, and blindly attention to business growth. Now popular online shopping, the express industry to push on in the teeth of the storm, on the surface of the operation of the express industry like a raging fire, but hidden behind a lot of management and operation problems, express enterprise universal existence sort of violence, critical and so on, if not solve these problems, a long time will be a threat to the survival of enterprises, restricting the further development of enterprises.
