骨质疏松脆性骨折的外科干预 赵玉涛 广东省增城市中医医院 511300 骨质疏松是以低骨量及骨微细结构破坏为特征，伴有骨强度降低，脆性增加，最终使骨折危险性增加的全身性骨骼疾病。至今为止，公认本病的最大危害是容易发生骨折，以及由骨折后发生的各种并发症。它常造成脊椎压缩性骨折，髋部骨折和桡骨远端骨折。因骨折长期卧床和肢体制动，肢体不负重或负重减少，伤肢骨矿物质丢失而又导致继发性骨质疏松，从而使已发生骨折者其再骨折之可能性也随之增加，形成恶性循环。由于本病患病群体数量巨大，给个人、家庭和社会带来极大危害［1］。骨质疏松脆性骨折除应常规给予合理的药物治疗除外，骨科医师面临的重要问题就是如何复位和维持稳定，以确保在骨愈合过程中不移位并能进行一定的功能锻炼，减轻伤肢的继发性骨质疏松。 一、骨质疏松症及骨质疏松脆性骨折的流行病学 我国60岁以上老龄人口已达1.6亿。　一项针对我国５个地区的５０００余例４０岁以上人口的统计显示，骨质疏松的患病率为１６．１％，６０岁－７０岁的超过２０％患有骨质疏松。数据显示，目前全球约2亿人口患有骨质疏松，其发病率在常见并多发病中列第7位。?Sadowski C,Lubbeke A,Saudan M,et al.Treatment of reverse oblique and transverse intertrochanteric fractures with use of an intramedullary nail or a 95 degrees screw-plate:a prospective,randomized study.
