民营企业财务激励机制研究 摘 要 自改革开放以来，我国民营企业不断向集团规模发展，在推动国民经济的发展和改善人民生活方面起到了越来越重要的作用。但是我们不得不承认民营企业在发展过程中也存在着诸多问题，其中不完善的财务激励机制就是其中一环。本文从民营企业财务激励机制的主要激励理论、手段以及问题出发对民营企业财务激励机制进行了研究。 关键词： 财务激励；民营企业；激励手段 Abstract Since reform and opening up, the private enterprises in our country to the group, scale development, in promoting the development of national economy and improvement of peoples life has played a more and more important role. But we have to admit that private enterprises also exist many problems in the process of development, the imperfect financial incentive mechanism is one of the ring. This artic
