摘要 近几十年来，过渡金属配合物药物研究不断取得突破性成就，其在抗菌、抗肿瘤和抗病毒等方面都具有一定优势，具有很大的开发潜力和良好的应用前景。 本文基于分子设计的思想，以二价的Cu、Co、Mn等为中心离子，均苯四甲酸、1，4-双(咪唑-1-基)丁烷（bbi）、对羟基苯甲酸等为配体，合成了4种新型过渡金属配合物，并通过X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、IR等对晶体结构进行了表征。 配合物1：经X-射线单晶衍射，配合物1中存在两个独立的铜中心，两个二价铜中心都是畸变的八面体构型。均苯四甲酸作为桥连配体分别通过羧基上的氧与相邻的两个Cu(1)中心配位，形成一维无限链状结构[Cu(C10H2O8)(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2]n。而Cu(2)中心原子分别与四个咪唑及两个水配位形成零维结构片段Cu(C3N2H4)2(C2N3H3)2(H2O)2。 配合物2：经红外、元素分析和热重分析，利用特征峰可以推断出该配合物既含有对羟基苯甲酸，又含有bbi，所以可以确定配合物2是钴的对羟基苯甲酸和bbi配合物。 配合物3：经红外、元素分析，可以确定配合物3是钴的对羟基苯甲酸和bbi配合物。 配合物4：经红外分析以及配合物的外观表征可以推断配合物2是钴的对羟基苯甲酸和bbi配合物。 关键词：过渡金属配合物；药物活性；单晶；合成 Abstract In recent decades, transition metal complexes drug research breakthrough achievements unceasingly, its antibacterial, antitumor and antivirus, etc have certain advantages, has great development potential and good application prospect.
