公共治理理论视野下体教结合机制整合路径研究 丁 文 刘 杰 尹 政 山东农业大学 体育与艺术学院 （山东省泰安市岱宗大街61号，271018） 作者简介：丁文(1971.07—)，女，无锡人。硕士，副教授，研究方向为社会体育学、体育赛事管理。 联系电话通信地址：?山东农业大学体育与艺术学院，邮政编码271018 Email:sdaudingwen@163.com。 所在单位：山东农业大学 体育与艺术学院 单位英文名称：Shandong Agricultural University, College of P.E Art 摘要：体育强国战略提出标志着我国体育事业迎来了竞技体育、群众体育以及体育产业协同发展的新时期，体教结合传统内涵进一步适应历史新特点的需要更趋强烈。文章将体教结合所出现的问题归纳为：结合点“受力不均”、“数量规模不足”、“结构不合理”、“连接强度低下”四问题。针对问题，本文通过公共治理理论视角，提出新时期下我国体教结合应考虑进一步实现“参与机制“、“网络机制”、“合作机制”以及“责任机制”的完善，明确体教结合机制整合的执行路径，以期为体教结合科学发展提供理论与实践的帮助与支撑。 关键词：体教结合；公共治理；机制整合 Research on The Integration Path of the Combination Between the Athletics and Education Mechanism Through the Perspective of Public Governance Theory Abstract: The propose of sports power strategy marks the arrival of the new era that the competitive sports, the mass sports and the sports industry will must be developed concertedly, the demand for the traditional connotation of combination of athletics and education being more adapted to the new characteristics of history become more obvious. There are four kind problems summarized by the paper: the connection points is “bearing uneven press”; “the amount of the connection points is not enough”; “the structure is not reasonable”; “the strength between varied connection points is weak”. Against those problems, the paper suggests that our authorities should take participation mechanisms, network mechanisms, cooperation mechanism and accountability mechanisms into the construction process of combination of sport and education through the perspective of public governance theory, and points out the integration path of the mechanisms of combination of athletics and education so as to provide necessary support of theory and practice for the advancement of combination of athletics and education.
