应用三维冠状切面成像技术指导剖宫产子宫放置宫内节育器的临床研究 　　【摘要】目的：探讨三维超声宫腔成像技术在剖宫产子宫放置宫内节育器（IUD）临床应用的价值。方法：随机选择193例剖宫产后自愿使用IUD避孕的妇女作为研究对象，其中观察组98例在放置IUD术前进行三维超声子宫腔冠状切面成像，并根据图像的形态特征指导临床选择IUD类型大小；对照组95例按照传统的方法放置IUD。术后定期随访，并对两组对象的续用率、妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率及副反应情况进行作数据比较分析。结果：在选用IUD的型号大小方面，观察组以中、小号为主（87.4%），对照组主要以大、中号为主（81.1%），差异显著（P0.05）。结论：三维超声的子宫冠状切面成像能客观、准确反映宫腔形态特征，为指导临床选择合适IUD提供依据，能有效提高剖宫产后子宫放置IUD的效能和减少副反应率的作用，值得推广。 　　【关键词】三维超声；冠状切面成像 ；剖宫产子宫；宫内节育器 　　Clinical application of 3D ultrasound uterus imaging technology in the placement of intrauterine device after cesarean sectionWU Xiaobin1， HU Xiaoli1， LIN Jinzhu1， WANG Qin2. 1. Method： 193 women who voluntarily used IUD after cesarean section were selected randomly as the research object， among whom the 98 cases in the observation group were examined by 3D ultrasound coronal plane imaging before placing IUD， to choose the right IUD type and size according to the morphological characteristics of images； while the other 95 cases in the control group were placed with IUD with traditional methods.
