老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的综合治疗 　　[摘要] 目的 观察综合疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析本院2005年1月～2011年12月诊治的骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例的临床资料，在实施手术治疗的同时，配合抗骨质疏松药物，并且行个性化的康复、选择性制动等综合治疗。 结果 术后随访平均18个月，骨折愈合的平均时间为4.5个月，骨质疏松与术前比较，Singh指数增加1度20例，无变化66例，术后髋关节功能的优良率为86.46%。 结论 老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折，选用手术为主的综合治疗，能够有效防治骨质疏松，促进骨折愈合，减少并发症，提高患者的生存质量。 　　[关键词] 骨质疏松；股骨粗隆间骨折；治疗方法 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0182-03 　　The comprehensive therapy treating senile osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture 　　LIU Ri-xin ZHANG Zhi-gang LIAO Zi-jie LI Chun-xiao 　　Department of Orthopedics，the Chen Xing-hai Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province，Zhongshan 528415，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe clinical effect of comprehensive therapy treating senile osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture ware analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2011，all patents were given comprehensive theatment such as surgery treatment， anti osteoporosis drugs，personalized rehabilitation and selective braking and so on.Results Patients were followed-up for an average of 18 months after operation，the average time of fracture healing was 4.5 months，and compared to before operation，the Singh index increased 1 degree in 20 cases，and no change in 66 cases，the excellent and good rate of postoperative hip joint function was 86.46%. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment in senile osteoporotic fracture based on operative treatment can prevent and treat osteoporosis effectively，enhance fracture healing and reduce complications and improve patients′life quality. 　　[Key words] Osteoporosis；Femoral intertrochanteric fracture；Treatment method 　　随着人类平均寿命的增长，社会人口的老年化，骨质疏松症的发病率也逐年升高。据统计我国老年人口已达1.5亿，骨质疏松症主要并发髋部骨折的发生率也明显升高，有效处理骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折，提高患者的生活质量，对减轻家庭及社会负担有较积极的意义。本研究共选取75岁以上并发不同程度骨质疏松症的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者共86例，采用手术、药物、康复等综合治疗，取得较好的疗效。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取本院2005年1月～2012年12月收治的骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间
