阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样斑块68例疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.18 　　摘 要 目的：观察阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样斑块临床疗效。方法：2011年10月-2012年10月收治颈动脉粥样斑块患者140例，随机分成对照组（n=72）和治疗组（n=68）。对照组采用基础治疗及生活指导加阿司匹林治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗。疗程12个月，疗程结束后2个月复查血脂、CRP及双侧颈动脉彩超，并将数据统计分析。结果：与治疗前对比及与对照组治疗后对比，治疗组在降低血脂（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C）、CRP及IMT等方面，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀钙治疗颈动脉粥样硬化疗效确切，治疗组优于对照组。 　　关键词 颈动脉粥样斑块 阿托伐他汀钙 颈动脉内膜-中层厚度 　　Curative effect observation of atorvastatin in the treatment of carotid atheromatous plaque in 68 cases 　　Li Xuemei1，Ren Jiankun2 　　The First Department of Neurology，The First Peoples Hospital of Zhumadian City，Henan 4630001 　　The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebi City，Henan 4580002 　　Abstract Objective：To observation the curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of carotid atheromatous plaque.Methods：140 patients with carotid atheromatous plaque were randomly divided into the the control group（n=72）and the treatment group（n=68）.The control group was given foundation treatment，living guidance and aspirin treatment，the treatment group was given atorvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for twelve months，reviewed blood lipid，CRP and bilateral carotid artery ultrasonography in two months after the treatment，then we analyzed the data.Results：Compared with before treatment and after treatment of the control group，the blood lipid（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C），CRP and IMT of the treatment group were lower，there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of carotid atheromatous plaque is exact，and it is better than the control group. 　　Key words Carotid atheromatous plaque；Atorvastatin； Carotid artery intima-media thickness 　　资料与方法 　　2011年10月-2012年10月收治颈动脉粥样斑块患者140例，随机分成对照组（n=72）及治疗组（n=68）。其中对照组男41例，女31例，年龄56～72岁，平均（63.52±2.18）岁；基础病方面，高血压24例，糖尿病21例，冠心病12例；双侧颈动脉斑块23例，单侧颈动脉斑块49例。治疗组男38例，女30例，年龄55～75岁，平均（65.33±2.06）岁；基础病方面，高血压21例，糖尿病17例，冠心病9例；双侧颈动脉斑块20例，单侧斑块48例。两组患者在性别、年龄、基础疾病、斑块分布等方面差
