教育戏剧团体辅导对小学生创造力的影响 　　[摘 要]目的：探究了教育戏剧团体辅导对于小学生创造力倾向的干预效果。方法：采用实验组与对照组前后测准实验设计，选取20名小学生为被试，采用威廉斯创造性倾向测验量表测试并观察在干预后团体辅导的效果。结果：辅导后实验组与对照组比较，创造性倾向总分显著提高。结论：教育戏剧团体辅导能有效提高小学生的创造性倾向，提高小学生的创造力。 　　[关键词]教育戏剧;团体辅导;小学生;创造力;创造性倾向 　　The Influence of Drama in Education Group Counseling on the Elementary School Students Creativity 　　Yuan Rongman 　　（Beijing Jingyuan School，Beijing，100040） 　　[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of drama in education group counseling on the elementary school students creative tendencies.
