内 容 摘 要 生产流程优化是持续改善生产的重要目标之一。本文以浪木电器有限公司的饮水机生产流程为例，主要应用程序分析、双手操作分析和物料搬运与布置理论对整个生产流程过程中存在的问题进行改进。力图使生产线上的人、物料、设备、能源、信息等生产要素所组成的综合系统的各因素达到合理配置，协调运行，充分发挥各自的效能，最终提高生产率、降低成本、实现最佳的整体效益。 关键词：流程优化、程序分析、物料搬运与布置、双手操作分析  ABSTRACT The optimization of productive process is one of the most important targets which the manufacturing industry improves.
