企业绩效评价研究的文献综述 【摘要】 企业绩效评价是管理者完成其利润目标和战略的工具,正确评价企业的经营业绩已经成为现代企业管理的重要内容。如何进行企业绩效评价，各种绩效评价体系科学性如何则成为理论研究的重要领域。本文以2001年至2006年期间发表在《会计研究》、《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》、《经济理论与经济管理》四本核心期刊上有关“企业绩效评价”的文献为样本，统计分析了我国企业绩效评价研究的现状，评述有关观点，指出可能存在的问题及进一步值得研究的方向。 【关键词】 企业绩效；统计分析；评价；文献综述 Abstract: The assessment of company’s performance is a tool for managers to accomplish the company’s goal of profit-making and strategy.
