UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的疗效。 方法 将80例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组40例，采用UVB照射同时口服泛昔洛韦片；对照组40例，单用泛昔洛韦片口服。两组均连续治疗1周。结果 治疗组有效率为87.50%，对照组有效率为62.50%，两组差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.67，P0.01）。治疗组止疱、止痛、结痂时间及总病程均明显短于对照组（P0.01）。两组均无明显不良反应发生。 结论 UVB联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹安全有效。 　　[关键词] 带状疱疹；UVB；泛昔洛韦片 　　[中图分类号] R752.12 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0156-02 　　Clinical observation on curative effects of UVB combined with famciclovir tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster 　　REN Liping 　　Department of Dermatology， the Central Hospital of Fushun， Fushun113006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of UVB combined with Famciclovir tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. the treatment group was treated with a combination of UVB and famciclovir tablets， and the control group was treated with famciclovir tablets alone. The treatment period was a week. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%， and the control group was 62.50%. The difference between the two groups was significant （χ2=6.67， P0.01）. Times required for blister disappearing， reduced pain， scab forming and the duration of disease in the treatment group were obviously shorter than the control group （P0.01）. Furthermore， both of two groups showed no adverse events. Conclusion Treatment effect of UVB combined with famciclovir tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster is significant and safe. 　　[Key words] Herpes zoster； UVB； Famciclovir tablets 　　带状疱疹是临床常见的病毒性疾病。虽有自限性，但因其有一定病程且常伴程度不等的神经痛，甚至遗留后遗症而影响患者的生活质量，所以患者多积极要求治疗。本文选择2012年3月～2013年3月期间我院部分患者采用UVB联合泛昔洛韦片的方法治疗带状疱疹，取得了较好疗效，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1临床资料 　　80例患者均来自我院皮肤科门诊，均具有典型的临床表现，符合带状疱疹的临床诊断[1]。其中男38例，女42例；年龄15～75岁；就诊时病程均在1周之内。将所有患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组：治疗组40例，发病部位主要有：三叉神经支配区域4例，颈部神经支配区域5例，肋间神经支配区域25例，腰骶神经支配区域6例；对照组40例，发病部位主要有：三叉神经支配区域3例，颈部神经支配区域6例，肋间神经支配区域26例，腰骶神经支配区域5例。两组患者的年龄、性别、病程、病情严重程度比较，差异均无显著性。排除标准：严重的心肺、肝肾疾病；发病前1周及发病时使用过抗病毒药物；局部合并有严重细菌感染者及对所用药物过敏者；有青光眼、白内障、光敏史者；妊娠、哺乳期妇
