益母草注射液与米索前列醇预防产后出血的临床效果 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.3.51 　　摘 要 目的：探讨益母草注射液与米索前列醇预防产后出血的治疗效果。方法：将住院足月分娩的产妇随机分为3组，缩宫素组在胎儿娩出后立即给予宫体注射缩宫素；益母草注射液+缩宫素组在胎儿娩出后立即给予缩宫素同时对产妇经臀部肌肉注射益母草注射液20mg，米索前列醇+缩宫素组在此治疗基础上加用舌下含服米索前列醇片600μg。结果：3组第三产程时间差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；益母草注射液+缩宫素组和米索前列醇+缩宫素组较单用缩宫素组产后出血量明显减少，产后出血率明显降低（P0.05），且益母草注射液+缩宫素组无明显不良反应。结论：益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防产后出血效果显著，且无明显不良反应，是一种有效、安全、经济防治产后出血的方法。 　　关键词 益母草注射液 产后出血 米索前列醇 　　The clinical effect of Motherwort injection and misoprostol to prevent postpartum hemorrhage 　　Li Ning 　　Henan University Affiliated Zhengzhou First Peoples Hospital of Obstetrics，450000 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate motherwort injection treatment with misoprostol to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：October 2012～October 2013 term delivery of maternal hospital were randomly divided into three groups，oxytocin group given Palace injection of oxytocin immediately after the baby is delivered；motherwort+oxytocin group injections were given oxytocin immediately after the baby is delivered by intramuscular injection while the maternal motherwort injection 20mg，misoprostol+oxytocin group therapy based on the use of this sublingual misoprostol tablets 600μg.Results：The three groups of the third stage of labor was no significant difference（P0.05）；motherwort+oxytocin injection group and misoprostol+oxytocin group than in the oxytocin group alone postpartum hemorrhage was significantly reduced，postpartum hemorrhage rate was significantly lower （P0.05），and motherwort+oxytocin injections were no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion：motherwort injection combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage effect is significant，and no significant adverse reactions，is an effective，safe and economical method of prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. 　　Key words Motherwort Injection；Postpartum hemorrhage；Misoprostol 　　产后出血是在分娩过程中一种较为严重的常见并发症，有调查研究显示，在我国致使孕产妇死亡的各种原因当中产后出血位居第一。造成产后出血的主要因素即为宫缩乏力，既往研究结果显示在产后出血的各因素当中宫缩乏力占45.9%[1]，所以，积极防治宫缩乏力在降低产妇死
