心理干预治疗产后抑郁症的临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：比较药物治疗与心理干预两种方法治疗产后抑郁症的疗效。方法：回顾性分析本科125例产后抑郁症患者的临床资料，其中药物治疗组67例，心理干预组58例，药物治疗组口服抗抑郁药舍曲林50 mg，1次/d。心理干预组由其责任医师对产妇进行心理评估，制定个体化的心理干预措施，使产妇保持良好的心态。比较两组患者在6个月内、6～12个月、大于12个月痊愈的人数、治愈率及两组的疗效。结果：两种治疗方法均有效，但心理干预组的治疗疗效明显优于药物治疗组，比较差异有统计学意义（字2=23.62，P0.01）。结论：心理干预能较快地治疗产后抑郁症，使产妇的心理状态更佳，抑郁症危险降低的幅度更大，而且缩短了抗抑郁药物的剂量和疗程，相应的减轻了药物的副作用。 　　【关键词】 产后抑郁症； 抗抑郁药； 心理干预； 疗效 　　Clinical Observation of Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Postpartum Depression/SHI Ai-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：037-038 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the curative effect of drug treatment and psychological intervention methods in the treatment of postpartum depression.Method：The clinical data of 125 patients with postpartum depression in our department were analyzed retrospectively，they were randomly divided into the drug therapy group for 67 cases and the psychological intervention group for 58 cases.The drug therapy group was given oral administration Antidepressant Sertraline 50 mg once a day.The psychological intervention was given a psychological evaluation by the responsible physician，the responsible physician made psychological intervention of individual to keep maternity patients had a good attitude.The number of cure and the cure rate of two groups of patients at 6 months，6-12 months and more than 12 months were compared，and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result：Two kinds of treatment methods were effective，but the efficacy of psychological intervention group was better than the drug group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=23.62，P0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention can treat the postpartum depression fast so that the maternity patient have a better mental state.What’s more，psychological intervention can force a yet bigger decline about the risk of postpartum depression and reduce the dose and duration of antidepressant drugs，corresponding to alleviate the side effects of drugs. 　　【Key words】 Postpartum ps
