ELISA与CMIA检测血清中抗—HCV的比较 　　[摘要] 目的 比较酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）与化学发光微粒子免疫分析（CMIA）检测血清中丙型肝炎抗体（抗-HCV）的优越性。 方法 首先选择200份质控品对两种方法检测的准确性及一致性进行分析，然后选择本院门诊及住院患者抗-HCV样本2000例，分别采用ELISA法与CMIA法对患者血清中抗-HCV进行测定、分析，并对比两种方法对抗-HCV的阳性检测率。 结果 质控品试验结果：CIMA法与ELISA法检测准确率分别为98.50%与93.00%，两种方法检测的一致率为93.00%；对两种检测方法下反馈结果不一致的样本进行分析，CIMA法检测抗-HCV阳性结果为100.00%，占总样本数的1.50%，ELISA法检测抗-HCV阳性结果为92.86%，占总样本数的6.50%。2000例抗-HCV样本检测结果：ELISA法阳性检测率为1.00%，CIMA法阳性检测率为2.10%，两种方法抗-HCV阳性检测率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 CMIA检测抗-HCV的准确率、特异性以及灵敏度均明显优于ELISA法，更适合用于丙型肝炎的临床筛查。 　　[关键词] 酶联免疫吸附试验；化学发光微粒子免疫分析；丙型肝炎抗体；准确率 　　[中图分类号] R392.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0104-02 　　Comparison of detecting serum anti-HCV between ELISA and CMIA 　　LIU Yan-ming 　　People′s Hospital of Nanxian County in Yiyang City of Hunan Province，Yiyang 413000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the superiority of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay（CMIA） in detecting serum hepatitis C antibody（anti-HCV）. Methods Firstly，200 controlling samples were selected to detect and analyze the accuracy and consistency by using the two methods，and then 2000 cases of anti-HCV samples of the outpatients and inpatients were selected，and then the serum anti-HCV was respectively measured and analyzed by ELISA and CMIA.The positive detection of the anti-HCV was compared between the two methods.
