摘 要 煤矿井下坑道空间狭小，ZDY3200钻机在穿凿炮孔过程中，产生大量的岩粉，只有将这些岩粉及时的排出来，才能使钻机及时而有效的进行工作。将岩粉从孔底排至地表的工作叫做“排渣”。被排集的岩粉，根据粒度的大小分为岩渣及粉尘两种。 所谓集尘，就是使排出的岩粉通过一套机械设备将其捕集起来，不让他散步到周围大气中而影响人们健康的工作，并保证钻机的使用寿命。一般而言，只有小于5微米的粉尘才对人体有害。通过对患肺病人的检查得知，在肺中积存的粉尘粒度大部分在0.2-2微米之间。因此集尘工作的重点是解决细小粉尘的捕集和清集问题。 国家规定穿孔作业带的空气最高粉尘浓度为2毫克/立方米，实际上大部分集尘装置达不到这个标准。为了确保工人的身体健康和机电设备的安全运转，在现代的钻机上大多设置空气增压净化装置，以便将司机室及机械室的降低到国家规定标准一下。 本文主要介绍ZDY3200钻机孔口集尘装置的设计计算，工况分析，主要参数，集尘装置的原理、结构分析，并作相应的装配图设计、零件工作图设计，加以数控加工手工程序编制。最后进行对本设计的优缺点分析。本设计适用范围广泛，安装简单，使用方便，经济，便捷。 关键词：集尘装置、粉尘、潜孔钻机 ABSTRACT  The coal mine tunnel space is narrow,ZDY3200drilling rig in the process of create hole, produce large amounts of rock powder, only will these rock powder of discharged in time, to make the drill work timely and effective.The rock powder from row to the surface of the bottom of the hole work is called discharge.Excluded from the rock powder, according to the size of the particle size is divided into two kinds of slag and dust.
