利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡的效果。 方法 选择430例小儿手足口病口腔溃疡患儿，随机将其分为治疗组（155例）、对照组A（140例）和对照组B（135例），治疗组采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗，对照组A采用利巴韦林气雾剂联合碘甘油治疗，对照组B采用开喉剑喷雾剂联合蒙托石散剂治疗，观察三组患儿手足口病口腔溃疡的治疗效果。 结果 治疗组的总有效率为97.42%，明显高于对照组A的80.00%及对照组B的78.52%（P0.01）；三组患儿均无不良反应情况发生。 结论 利巴韦林气雾剂联合口服锌剂治疗小儿手足口病口腔溃疡时可以加速溃疡面的愈合，治疗中未发现任何不良反应，患儿依从性好，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 手足口病；口腔溃疡；利巴韦林气雾剂；口服锌剂 　　[中图分类号] R373.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0059-03 　　Effect observation of ribavirin aerosol combined with oral zinc in treatment of oral ulcer on children with hand-foot-mouth disease 　　LIU Wei1 LI Ji-quan2 SUN Jing1 　　1.Ganzhou Municipal Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China；2.the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan School of Medicine，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of ribavirin aerosol combined with oral zinc in treatment of oral ulcer on children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 430 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease with oral ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group for 155 cases，control group A for 135 cases and control group B for 140 cases.Patients in treatment group were given ribavirin aerosol combined oral zinc，patients in control group A were given ribavirin aerosol combined iodine glycerol，and patients in control group B were given rohdea japonica nebula combined montmorillonite powder.The treatment effect of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in three groups were observed.
