嘉定区中老年高尿酸血症患病特征及相关因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨上海嘉定区中老年高尿酸血症的患病特征及相关因素，并提出相应的建议。方法：2012年4-6月华亭镇社区卫生服务中心体检的9 271名中老年人，分为高尿酸血症组和尿酸正常组，分析其临床资料、生化指标及影响血尿酸水平的因素。结果：中老年人血尿酸增高的比例为18.97%，并随年龄的增长，比例逐渐上升。高尿酸血症组的谷丙转氨酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、肌酐、尿素和高血压比例较正常组高；通过x2检验表明，甘油三酯、胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素、年龄和血压与血尿酸水平密切相关。结论：中老年人高尿酸血症常伴发代谢异常和肾功能不全等，总胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素、血压与血尿酸水平升高相关。 　　关键词 血尿酸 中老年人 关联分析 　　中图分类号：R173 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2013）14-0025-04 　　Analysis of the characteristics and related factors 　　of hyperuricemia in elderly people of Jiading District 　　YANG Fan， CHEN Donghua， LI Qiang， ZHOU Hao， TANG Weiqin， JI Ying， ZHANG Yiying， CHEN Bin 　　（1. Method： Ninety two hundred-seventy one elderly people who were physically examined in Huating community health service center from April to June 2012 were divided into the hyperuricemia group and normal group， and their clinical data， biochemical indexes and the influencing factors were analyzed. Result： The hyperuricemia prevalence was 18.97%， and along with the growth of the age， the proportion was rising gradually. Alanine aminotransferase， triglyceride， total cholesterol， creatinine， urea and hypertension in the hyperuricemia group were higher than those in normal group. x2 test showed that triglycerides， cholesterol， creatinine， urea， age and blood pressure had closely relationship with urine acid level. Conclusion： Hyperuricemia of the elderly people may be accompanied by metabolic abnormalities and renal insufficiency.
