瑞芬太尼在老年患者手术静脉麻醉中的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨瑞芬太尼在老年手术患者中的麻醉效果。 方法 选择80例老年手术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均采用全时静脉麻醉，对照组给予芬太尼，观察组给予瑞芬太尼。观察两组患者苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、导管拔出时间、疼痛评分。 结果 观察组患者苏醒时间为（6.1±1.3）min，自主呼吸恢复时间为（4.2±1.1）min，导管拔出时间为（11.7±3.4）min、疼痛评分为（2.5±0.7）分。对照组患者苏醒时间为（10.4±2.4）min，自主呼吸恢复时间为（7.9±1.3）min，导管拔出时间为（26.8±3.9）min，疼痛评分为（4.3±1.0）分。观察组苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、导管拔出时间、疼痛评分分别低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 瑞芬太尼在老年患者手术静脉麻醉中的效果显著，优于芬太尼。 　　[关键词] 瑞芬太尼；麻醉；老年；手术 　　[中图分类号] R971+.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0095-02 　　The effect of remifentanil on elderly patients with intravenous anesthesia in operation 　　SUN Chun-hui 　　Department of Anesthesiology， People′s Hospital of Tanghe County in Nanyang City of Henan Province， Tanghe 473400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of remifentanil on elderly patients with intravenous anesthesia in operation. Methods 80 elderly patients with operation were selected ，and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were treated with intravenous anesthesia. The control group was given fentanyl， the observation group received remifentanil. Recovery time，spontaneous breathing recovery time，extubation time，pain score was observed. Results In the observation group， the recovery time was （6.1±1.3） min， spontaneous breathing recovery time was （4.2 ± 1.1） min， extubation time was （11.7±3.4） min， pain score was （2.5±0.7） pionts. In the control group， the recovery time was（10.4±2.4 ） min， spontaneous breathing recovery time was （7.9±1.3） min， extubation time was （26.8±3.9） min， pain score was （4.3±1） points. The recovery time，spontaneous breathing recovery time， extubation time， pain scores in the observation was lower than those in the control group respectively， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
