2011年我院住院患者麻醉药品、一类精神药品使用情况分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析2011年本院住院患者麻醉药品、一类精神药品的使用情况。 方法 选取本院2011年住院患者的麻醉、一类精神药品处方3723张，对这些处方进行回顾性分析。 结果 全部处方中，男性处方2102张（占56.46%），女性处方1621张（占43.54%）；共涉及到麻醉药品有6种，剂型有3种；涉及到一类精神药品有3种，剂型有2种。其中使用率比较高的有盐酸哌替啶片剂、盐酸吗啡注射液、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液等，主要用于晚期癌症治疗、各种急性疼痛、手术止痛等。 结论 本院住院患者的麻醉药品、一类精神药品使用情况基本合理，但是依旧存在品种单一、规格单一的情况，应采购多种类型的麻醉药品和一类精神药品，才能更有针对性地根据患者的实际情况给予临床治疗。 　　[关键词] 住院患者；麻醉药品；一类精神药品；使用情况 　　[中图分类号] R971+.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0157-02 　　Administration analysis of narcotic and Class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs for inpatients of our hospital in 2011 　　BAO Nan 　　Tuberculosis Control and Prevention Institute of Dandong City in Liaoning Province， Dandong 118002， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the administration of narcotic and ClassⅠ psychotropic drugs for inpatients of our hospital in 2011. Methods Three thousands seven hundred and twenty three prescriptions of narcotic and Class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs for inpatients of our hospital were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results Among these prescriptions， 2102 pieces （56.46%） were for male patients， 1621 pieces （43.54%） for female； were related to 6 kinds and 3 formulations of narcotic， also 3 kinds and 2 formulations of psychotropic drugs， where in more likely use of meperidine hydrochloride tablets， morphine hydrochloride injection and fentanyl citrate injection， etc， mainly for treatment of advanced cancer， variety of acute pain and surgical pain. Conclusion The administration of narcotic and class Ⅰ psychotropic drugs for inpatients of our hospital was basically rational. But the species and specifications were still less.
