Methods： The prescription data of the six municipal hospitals were analyzed according to the information from the Drug Information Network of Changjiang valley. Results： The prescribed drugs in those hospitals grew up slowly. The structure of the major drugs was stable. Among the top 20 drugs at sales， thymosin or ganglioside were the champion. The assumption and categories of antimicrobial agents decreased. The demand for biological products such as human albumins increased.
