京郊农村老年高血压患病特点及管理对策 　　[摘要] 目的 研究京郊农村社区老年高血压的患病特点，探讨相应的管理对策。方法 对京郊某农村社区2012年1～12月纳入高血压健康管理的628例老年患者的资料进行分析，总结老年高血压的患病特点，以采取相应的管理对策。结果 628例农村社区老年高血压患者中，Ⅰ级高血压占40.8%，Ⅱ级占48.4%，Ⅲ级占10.8%；低危占13.7%，中危占19.7%，高危占42.2%，极高危占24.4%；心脑肾靶器官损害占81.2%，以心脏并发症最多，为48.4%。结论 京郊农村老年高血压患者病程长，危险程度高，有靶器官损害。应针对京郊农村老年高血压的特点，采取相应的社区管理对策。 　　[关键词] 京郊农村；老年高血压；管理对策 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0183-02 　　The disease characteristics and management countermeasures of rural elderly hypertensive in Beijing suburbs 　　ZHANG Xin-rong 　　Mizidian Community Health Service Centre of Tongzhou District in Beijing City，Beijing 101112，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the disease characteristics of rural elderly hypertensive in Beijing suburbs and to explore the corresponding management countermeasures. Methods The data of 628 rural elderly patients with hypertension from January 2012 to December in one community of Beijing suburbs included in the health management was analyzed.The disease characteristics of rural elderly hypertensive was summed up and appropriate management measures was took. Results 628 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in rural communities，hypertension grade Ⅰ accounted for 40.8%，gradeⅡaccounted for 48.4%，grade Ⅲaccounted for 10.8%；low-risk accounted for 13.7%，intermediate risk high accounted for 19.7%，high crisis accounted for 42.2%，extremely high crisis accounted for 24.4%；the target organ damage of heart，brain and kidney accounted for 81.2%，of which cardiac complications up to 48.4%.
