妊娠期补充爱乐维的临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察妊娠期孕妇补充爱乐维的临床疗效。 方法 将866例妊娠期孕妇随机分为观察组440例和对照组426例，对照组正常合理安排妊娠期饮食及生活习惯，观察组在对照组的基础上口服爱乐维，观察比较两组孕妇孕中期、孕晚期的血清叶酸水平及妊娠期不良反应。 结果 观察组和对照组在孕中期和孕晚期发生妊娠高血压综合征（简称：妊高征）分别为26例（5.9%）和63例（14.8%），发生贫血症分别为13例（3.0%）和71例（16.7%）。新生儿神经管缺陷观察组9例（2.0%），对照组24例（5.6%）；低体重儿观察组35例（8.0%），对照组85例（20.0%）；心血管畸形观察组21例（4.8%），对照组 44例（10.3%）。 结论 爱乐维的应用应持续整个围妊娠期，但一定要根据孕妇自身的情况，合理地设计使用爱乐维。 　　[关键词] 妊娠期；孕妇；维生素；胎儿 　　[中图分类号] R977.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0072-02 　　Observation on the curative effect of Philharmonic dimension during pregnancy 　　ZHANG Li-hua 　　Shenzhen Far-East Women Children Hospital of Guangdong Province，Shenzhen 518000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of Philharmonic dimension during pregnancy.Methods 866 pregnant women were divided into observation group 440 cases and control group 426 cases randomly.Eating and living habits during pregnancy were arranged reasonably for control group.And Philharmonic dimension was administrated to the pregnant women in observation group on the basis of control group.Serum folic acid level and adverse reactions during pregnancy during pregnant metaphase and late pregnancy of two groups were observed and compared.Results There were 26 cases （5.9%） and 63 cases （14.8%） pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients occurred in observation group and control group during pregnant metaphase and late pregnancy respectively；anaemia were 13 cases （3.0%） and 71 cases （16.7%）；newborn neural tube defect were 9 cases （2.0%） in observation group and 24 cases （5.6%） in control group；infants of low-birth weight were 35 cases （8.0%） in observation group and 85 cases （20.0%） in control group；Cardiovascular abnormalities were 21 cases （4.8%） in observation group and 44 cases （10.3%） in control group.Conclusion The Philharmonic dimension should continue in the whole pregnancy.However，Philharmonic dimension shall be administrated reasonably according to the pregnant womens own situations. 　　[Key w
