摘要 在日趋激烈的市场竞争环境下，企业的国际化经营已成必然趋势，越来越多的中小企业已把国际化经营作为提高自身竞争力并保持发展后劲的重要途径。然而，由于国际竞争环境的复杂性和多变性，诸多开展国际化经营的中小企业因对于风险缺乏足够的认识而导致经营失败。因此，对国际化经营环境下中小企业的风险预警和预控问题进行研究，已经成为我国中小企业成功走进国际市场展开全球性战略经营的重要课题，研究此问题，不仅具有一定的理论价值，而且对于中小企业开展国际化经营活动也具有现实的指导意义。本文是在国内外现有研究的基础上，借鉴企业风险预警系统研究成果，针对中小企业国际化经营这类特殊的企业经营风险进行预警系统的专项深入研究。论文首先分析了中小企业国际经营过程中所遇到的风险种类、特点、风险成因;接着根据企业风险预警系统的基本理论以及国际市场经营过程中中小企业的自身特点，分析了中小企业风险预警系统的运行基础，其中包括预警系统的运行模式、组织方式、工作流程等;进而对中小企业国际化经营风险预警系统中各子系统进行详细设计。最后，以天津市洪发食品有限公司的具体情况为例，对本文设计的风险预警系统进行实证性研究，根据预警结果与实际相符的程度对模型的有效性进行验证。 关键词：企业，经营风险，利用，控制，研究； Abstract In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the enterprise internationalization has become an inevitable trend, more and more small and medium enterprises have to improve their own competitiveness and internationalization as the important way to maintain the development momentum. However, due to the international competition environment complexity and variability, a lot of internationalized operation of small and medium-sized enterprises in risk because of lack sufficient knowledge and lead to business failure.
