小儿急性结膜炎采用两种滴眼液方法治疗的临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析总结可乐必妥滴眼液与更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗小儿急性结膜炎的有效性与安全性。方法：选取本院2012年4月-2014年4月收治的100例小儿急性结膜炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各50例，研究组给予左氧氟沙星滴眼液、更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗，对照组给予氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组的治愈率70.0%和治疗总有效率100%均明显高于对照组的40.0%和76.0%，且其不良反应发生率0明显低于对照组的12.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗小儿急性结膜炎具有更为显著的临床疗效，且无严重不良反应，可于小儿急性结膜炎临床治疗中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 小儿； 急性结膜炎； 可乐必妥滴眼液； 更昔洛韦滴眼液； 疗效 　　The Clinical Effect Analysis of Two Kinds of Eye Drops Method in Treatment of Children with Acute Conjunctivitis/LI Yan-yan，KUANG Ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（28）：108-110 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the efficacy and safety of cravit and ganciclovir ophthalmic eye drops in treatment of children with acute conjunctivitis.Method：100 pediatric patients with acute conjunctivitis from April 2012 to April 2014 treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method，50 cases in each group.The research group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops and ganciclovir ophthalmic eye drops.The control group was treated with ofloxacin eye drops.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：The cure rate of research group was 70.0% and total effective rate was 100%，they were significantly higher than 40.0% and 76.0% of control group，the incidence of adverse reaction of research group was 0，it was significantly lower than 12.0% of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Levofloxacin eye drops in treatment of children with acute conjunctivitis has more remarkable clinical curative effect，and no serious adverse reactions，it is available to promote the application on the clinical treatment of children with acute conjunctivitis. 　　【Key words】 Children； Acute conjunctivitis； Cravit drops； Ganciclovir ophthalmic eye drops； Efficacy 　　First-author’s address：Children’s Hospital of Jiangxi Provi
