Our basketball team has been invited to another city. 我们的篮球队已经被邀请到另一个城市去比赛。（L17） invite 意思是“邀请”，固定搭配有： invite sb. to do sth. 邀请某人做某事 invite sb. to someplace 邀请某人到某地去 ①I invite all my friend to my birthday party. 我邀请了我全部的朋友来我的生日聚会。 ②He invited me to go with him. 他邀请我和他一起去。 2. But the trip costs a lot of money. 但是旅程要花费好多钱。（ L 17） 表示花费的词语有很多，下面小结一下： ① take 花费时间 It takes /took sb. some time to do sth. It took me two hours to do my homework . 我花了2小时做作业。 ②cost “花费金钱” 主语为物 The book cost me 5 yuan. 这本书花了我5块钱。 ③pay “花金钱”， 主语为人。 I paid 5 yuan for the book. 我花了5块钱买这本书。 ④spend “可花时间，也可花钱” sb. spent+时间/金钱+ on sth./（in）doing sth. I spent 5 yuan on this book. = I spent 5 yuan（in）buying the book. 我花了5元钱在这本书上。 3. I don’t have a job. 我没有工作. （L17） job 意思是“工作，职业”。 ① on the job 在工作，在忙碌 My teacher is on the job. 我们老师正忙着呢。 ② out of a job 失业，下岗 Some workers in this factory is out of a job. 这个工厂的一些工人下岗了。 辨析： job 与 work job “工作”, 可数名词 work “工作”, 不可数名词, works “作品”。 ①Everyday my father has a lot of to do. 每天我爸爸都有许多工作要做。 ②—What’s your job? 你的工作是什么? —I’m a doctor. 我是一名医生。 4.
