纳洛酮联合丹参注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨纳洛酮联合丹参注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的效果。方法 将2012年1～12月的82例急性重度酒精中毒患者随机分为对照组（纳洛酮组）41例和观察组（纳洛酮联合丹参注射液组）41例，将两组患者不同时间清醒率及治疗前后的心、肝功能指标进行比较。结果 观察组治疗后2、3、4、5及6 h的清醒率均高于对照组，治疗后6 h的心肝功能指标也明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。结论 纳洛酮联合丹参注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的综合效果较佳，不仅有效促进患者的清醒，而且可起到保护心肝功能的作用。 　　[关键词] 纳洛酮；丹参注射液；急性重度酒精中毒；综合效果 　　[中图分类号] R45 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）06（c）-0111-02 　　The effect of the naloxone combined with salvia miltrorrhiza injection in the treatment of acute severe alcoholism 　　DING Ning 　　Department of Emergency， Central Hospital of Changsha City in Hunan Province， Changsha 410000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the comprehensive effect of naloxone combined with salvia miltrorrhiza injection in patients with acute severe alcoholism. Methods 82 patients with acute severe alcoholism from January 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group （naloxone group，41 cases） and observation group（naloxone combined with salvia miltrorrhiza injection group， 41 cases），then the sober rate of the two groups at different time and the cardiac，liver function indexes before and after the treatment were compared. Results The observation group′s sober rate at 2， 3， 4， 5 and 6 h after the treatment were all higher than those of control group，cardiac and liver function indexes at 6 h after the treatment were all obviously better than those of control group， the differences were all statistically significant （P 0.05）.
