清开灵注射液治疗上呼吸道感染疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.17 　　摘 要 目的：探讨利用抗生素与不利用抗生素进行治疗上呼吸道感染所取得的临床效果。方法：2012年5月-2013年10月收治上呼吸道感染患者88例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各44例。对照组采用阿奇霉素进行治疗，观察组采用清开灵注射液进行治疗，对两组临床疗效和不良反应进行观察比较。结果：观察组治疗总有效率95.5%，对照组97.7%，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率6.82%，对照组40.91%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在对上呼吸道感染进行治疗时，选用清开灵注射液能够有效提高临床治疗效果的同时，还能降低不良反应发生率，安全、高效，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词 上呼吸道感染 抗生素 临床效果 　　Curative effect observation of Qing Kai Ling injection in the treatment of upper respiratory infection 　　Yang Peilan 　　The Health Center of Lijiao Town，Binchuan County，Dali State，Yunnan 671601 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effects of using antibiotics or without using antibiotics in the treatment of upper respiratory infection.Methods：88 cases with upper respiratory infection were selected from May 2012 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group were treated with azithromycin treatment.The observation group were treated with Qing Kai Ling injection treatment.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%.
