社区开展糖尿病二级预防措施的探讨 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.105 　　摘 要 目的：探讨社区开展糖尿病二级预防措施对控制糖尿病的意义。方法：2013年2月-2014年2月收治糖尿病患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组各30例，对照组仅督促规范药物治疗，观察组进行二级预防措施。结果：两组治疗后脂蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清清蛋白、尿微量清蛋白、舒张压、收缩压、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2小时血糖、空腹血糖均有明显改善，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后观察组的舒张压、收缩压、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2小时血糖、空腹血糖、甘油三酯明显优于对照组，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在社区开展糖尿病二级预防可以有效降低患者的血糖水平，提高临床疗效。 　　关键词 社区 糖尿病 二级预防 血糖监测 　　Investigation of development of diabetes two grade prevention measures in community 　　Ma Zhenxiu 　　Shenlu Community Health Service Center of Machi Town，Jiuyuan District，Baotou City，Inner Mongolia 014010 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the significance of development of diabetes two grade prevention measures in community.Methods：60 diabetic patients were selected from February 2013 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group were given the supervision of standard drug therapy，while the observation group were given two grade prevention measures.Results：Lipoprotein，glycerin three fat total cholesterol，serum albumin，urinary albumin，diastolic blood pressure，systolic blood pressure，body mass index glycosylated hemoglobin，2 hour postprandial blood glucose，fasting blood glucose after treatment of the two groups were obviously improved，and there was significant difference before and after treatment（P0.05）.After treatment，diastolic blood pressure，systolic blood pressure，body mass index，glycosylated hemoglobin，2 hour postprandial blood glucose，fasting blood glucose，glycerin three greases of the observation group were obviously better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Development of diabetes in two grade prevention in community can effectively reduce the blood sugar levels，and improve the clinical efficacy. 　　Key words Community；Diabetes mellitus；Two level prevention；Blood glucose monitoring 　　糖尿病是一种内分泌代谢疾病[1]，目前，其发病率有所上升[2]。社区医
