肱骨中下段骨折手术与非手术治疗的比较分析 　　摘要：目的：探讨肱骨中下段骨折手术与非骨折手术治疗的临床效果。方法： 选取2013年1月～2013年10月我院骨科收治的80例新鲜肱骨中下段骨折行手术和非手术治疗患者为研究对象，分为手术组和非手术组，每组40例，比较两组患者疗效。结果：非手术组桡神经损伤、骨不连及骨折愈合时间明显优于手术组，两组比较有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论： 对肱骨中下段骨折患者行非手术治疗，能减少对患者创伤，减少骨折愈合时间、桡神经损伤及骨不连发生率，帮助患者改善预后。 　　关键词：肱骨中下段骨折；手术；非手术 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of distal humeral fracture operation and non operation treatment of fracture.
