毕业设计(论文) 题 目 名 称： 学 院： 专 业/班 级： 电子信息工程11101班 学 生： 学 号： 指 导 教 师 ： 赵艳丽  摘 要 微波炉是一种利用2450兆赫的电磁波来烹饪食品的厨房器具。其工作的核心是其控制部分，本设计就是对微波炉的电脑控制系统的一个尝试，设计给出了系统软、硬件的组成和实现方法。结合实际要求，叙述了控制器电路的工作真理和微波炉的工作过程。设计具有操作简便，运行稳定，定时时间和功率控制比较精确的特点。它以STC公司生产的8位单片机STC90C516RD+为控制核心；以DS18B20作为温度传感器，用于实时测量微波炉内食物的温度；独立式键盘调整输入，用来设定温度、定时时间等工作参数；用1602LCD液晶屏来显示时间和温度。通过本设计能实现对微波炉的智能化控制，是微波炉的应用功能更强大，使用方便。 单片机最小系统以STC90C516RD+为核心,外加时钟和复位电路,电路结构简单,抗干扰能力强,成本相对较低,非常符合本设计的所有要求。STC90C516RD+单片机系列是在STC系列的基础上发展起来的,是当前8位单片机的典型代表,采用CHMOS工艺,即互补金属氧化物的HMOS工艺, CHMOS是CMOS和HMOS的结合,具有HMOS高速度和高密度的特点,还具有CMOS低功耗的特点。 关键词：微波炉，单片机，LCD液晶显示 Abstract Microwave is a kind of use 2450 MHZ electromagnetic wave to cooking food kitchen appliance.The work is the core of the conteol part,This design is a computer control system of microwave attempt to design hardware and software composition and implementation of the system were given .Controller circuit work in combination with actual requirements,the truth and the working process of the microwave oven.Design is easy operation,stable running,time and the characteristics of the power control more precise timing. It is hold by STC company produces the 8-bit microcontroller STC90C516RD + as the core; DS18B20 as temperature sensor, used for real-time measurement of the temperature of the food in the microwave oven; Independent type keyboard adjust input, which is used to set the work parameters such as temperature, time time; Use 1602 LCD screen to display the time and temperature. Through this design can realize the intelligent control of the microwave oven, microwave oven is the application of function more powerful, easy to use.
