南 京 理 工 大 学 紫 金 学 院 毕 业 论 文 作 者: 周栋燕 学 号： 100702141 系: 经济管理系 专 业: 金融学 题 目: 我国股市的“晴雨表”效应 指导者： 王三银 助 教 (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者： (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 2014 年 4 月 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，金融业也快速崛起，成为经济向前发展的主要推动力。金融市场的重要组成部分——股票市场，在国民经济中占据的地位越来越重要。股票市场是市场经济的产物，所以股票市场的活动与国民经济之间存在着千丝万缕的关系。股票市场作为整个国民经济系统的子系统，会受到国民经济中各个因素变动的影响；同时，股票市场的变动也会反映国民经济的运动方向，对国民经济起到预示的作用。在市场经济中，经济的发展总是在周期性的波动中实现的，股票市场作为反映国民经济状况的一个窗口，号称是经济发展的晴雨表。但是由于我国股票市场不够成熟，政府对股票市场的干预等原因，我国股票市场的“晴雨表”效应存在失灵现象。本文运用定性和定量分析方法研究我国经济波动与股 市波动之间的关系，建立股市波动与经济发展间的模型，进行实证分析。运用1995年—2012年的我国GDP与上证指数的相关数据，建立OLS模型对股市波动与国民经济波动间的关系进行了实证分析。基于分析结果，我国股票市场的“晴雨表”作用确实存在失灵现象，不利于投资者与国民经济的发展，因此，应该完善我国的股票市场、减少政府干预，使我国股票市场与国民经济更加健康的发展。 关键词 “晴雨表”效应 股票市场 国民经济 实证分析 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title Chinas stock market barometer effect Abstract As the development of Chinas economic, the rapid rise of the financial industry has become the main driving force of economic development forward.
