中国产业结构高级化的环境构建吴铮 首都经济贸易大学 【摘要】：经济的竞争，归根到底，是产业的竞争。国家的整体经济竞争力关键取决于其主要 产业国际竞争力的强弱。我国产业结构国际竞争力为目标，以我国产业结构高级化为研究对象，传统产业改造、高新技术产业化、资本市场创新、产业政策等问题，并结合中国产业发展的实际，对相关问题进行实证分析，提出有针对性的政策建议。从静态、动态两方面推断出现阶段我国产业结构所处发达国家产业结构演变的历史阶段进而进行了相关的缺陷分析。产业结构高级化是我国经济结构调整的重要内容，对于经济的持续健康发展具有决定性意义。准确把握我国产业结构高级化进程中的动力机制、传导机制和保障机制的內在运行规律，是顺利推进产业结构高级化的认识前提，具有重要的理论和实践价值。 [关键词]：产业结构高级化、产业竞争、产业政策、传导机制 [abstract]: Economic competition, in the final analysis, is the industrys competition. The key of the whole countrys economic competitiveness depends on its main industry international competitive strength. The international competitiveness of industrial structure of our country as the goal, the industrial structure of our country advanced into the research object, the traditional industry transformation, high and new technology industrialization, capital market innovation, industrial policy, and combining with Chinas industrial development reality, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the related problems, and put forward some Suggestions. From the static and dynamic two aspects of industrial structure of our country that appear stage in the evolution of industrial structure in developed countries the historical stage and then some defect analysis. The industrial structure grade is Chinas economic structure adjustment of the important content for the sustained and healthy development of the economy of decisive significance. An accurate grasp of the industrial structure of our country in the process of high-grade dynamic mechanism and transmission mechanism and guarantee mechanism of the internal operation rules, is progressing smoothly the industrial structure of the premise, high-level knowledge is of important theoretical and practical value.
