Many people who work in the office just work in front of their computers every day, seldom moving except going home. Even when going home, they will take the bus or drive their car instead of walking for a while. All of these are of great harm to their health. I have read an article called “The Company Man” about a person who worked himself to death. This person just worked day in and day out.His only sport was playing the golf once a month for one hour.As a result, at two o’clock in the morning, he died. The reporters did a survey about him, and were surprised to find that his relationship with others was in a very terrible situation. His son knew so little about him that he had to ask the neighbors to know something about him after his death.His wife got used to the life without him and his daughter had never talked with him over ten minutes. From his experience, we can see how important sport is to one person.
