苏北县域经济发展水平实证分析及发展对策研究论文.docx

南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要县域经济是城市经济和农村经济的结合部，是整个国民经济的重要组成部分，研究县域经济对实现整个区域经济发展具有重大意义。江苏省是经济强省，但发展极不平衡，苏北地区是整个江苏发展的重点和难点，而发展苏北关键在于发展苏北县域经济，只有广大苏北县域经济实力提高，才能促进整个苏北地区经济的发展，所以研究苏北县域经济发展是一项十分必要工作，这也成为了我论文选题的关键所在。文章主要运用了区域经济学、多元统计学等相关理论，采用了实证分析、规范分析和比较分析相结合的研究方法，分别从五个部分来进行研究。第一部分是绪论，包括论文的选题背景、选题意义、研究现状、研究思路及方法、文章的创新之处；第二部分是县域经济相关理论概述，包括县域经济的含义、性质、构成要素及区域经济学相关理论；第三部分是苏北县域经济现状及发展水平测定，首先对苏北县域经济发展的整体概况做了介绍，然后用因子分析法从经济发展水平、发展规模、发展潜力、发展活力四个方面选择了 21 个指标对苏北县域经济发展水平做精确测定；第四部分是苏北县域经济发展聚类分析，运用了多元统计学的聚类分析法，选择了 13 个指标，在对指标进行相关性检测的基础上，把苏北县域分成了四类，三个梯队，根据聚类结果并结合因子分析结论对苏北县域经济发展进行定性分析；第五部分是苏北县域经济发展的对策研究，本章结合前两章的实证分析结果和苏北县域的实际情况，分别从农业、工业、外资、区位、特色产业、金融支持、城镇化、环境保护八个方面提出了苏北县域经济发展一些对策和建议。关键词：苏北，县域经济，因子分析，聚类分析，对策研究I苏北县域经济发展水平实证分析及发展对策研究AbstractCounty economy is the integration of the the urban economy and rural economy.It is an important component of the whole national. County economic researching forthe entire region is of great significance. Jiangsu province has a powerful economy, butdevelopment is highly unbalanced. Subei is the focus and difficult of the entireprovince. Developing county economy is the key to Subei. If only Subei countyseconomic strengths, the economic development of northern Jiangsu will promote. SoSubei county study is a very necessary and urgent task and also is the key of mythesis choosing.The article mainly make use of regional economics, statistics and other relevanttheoretical pluralism. It is mainly from five parts to study by using the empirical analysisnormative analysis and comparative analysis.Introduction is the first part, including thethesis topics background, the significance of topics and research methods, research thestatus quo, the idea of this study and possible innovation. The second part is the countyeconomic theory outlined, including the meaning of the county economy, the nature andthe elements of regional economics theory. The third part is Subei county economicsituation and the level of development . First of all, on the Subei county economicdevelopment as a
