娄底职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文 智能小区安防设计 姓 名： 尹 元 学 号： 201102060117 指导老师： 聂春雷 系 名： 电子信息工程系 专 业： 计算机网络技术 班 级： 11计网楼宇 二0一三年十二月二十八日 摘 要 随着人们生活水平的提高。智能小区已成为现代生活小区的主要形式，而安防系统是智能小区的一个重要组成部分，智能住宅在国内正在形成热潮、智能小区是指以一套先进、 可靠的网络系统为基础设施，将住户和公共设施连成网，以实现什住户及社区的生活设施、服务设施的全自动化管理。智能小区的出现已被人们认为是一种前卫生活的体现。除了上述的家居办公及家庭娱乐，家庭保安和管理也是智能小区不可分割的一部分。当前先进完善的智能化小区，一般要求实现以下功能：家庭安防报警、远程自动抄表、周边防越报警、闭路电视监控、巡更管理、车辆管理、物业信息管理、触摸屏查询服务、电话语音服务、小区背景音乐、计算机网络、有线电视接入、本文通过对智能小区的设计方案的研究，着重从需求分析、设备的选型、综合布线、材料预算，系统集成等方面进行了分析与描述，并给出了具体的设计方案。 关键词：综合布线；设备选型；Internet技术；安防监控 Abstract With the improvement of peoples living standard. Intelligent village has become the main form of modern residential district, and security system is an important component of intelligent community, intelligent housing boom in domestic form, refers to a set of intelligent residential area of advanced and reliable network system for infrastructure, homes and public facilities will connect network, in order to realize the assorted residents and community living facilities, service facilities of automatic management. The emergence of intelligent village has been regarded as a frontier life. In addition to the home office and home entertainment, home security and management is an integral part of intelligent residential area.
