2014 · 新课标高考总复习 · 英语（WY） 记叙文主要是记人、叙事、写景、状物一类的文章。具体来说，它是借助于叙述、描写、抒情等手段来记叙社会生活中的人、事、景、物的情态及其发展过程。近几年的高考题中，记叙文所占比例最高，多以记事和写人为主，内容涉及个人经历、亲情故事、生活感悟、人物逸事、神话故事、新闻报道等。研究发现，这些记叙文有几个显著的特点：以一般过去时为主，其他时态为辅；大量使用动词，尤其是动态动词；适当出现直接引语。 When I was a child, I loved to play a Chinese traditional game which was called Caught You!
